Hello,

I deleted my Microsoft 365 Developer Program profile by mistake. I need to access PowerBI Services for a PowerBI training I am attending in order to take the certification. I tried to use another Microsoft account but when it comes to fill in the phone number I get an error message because the phone number is already existing under the profile I deleted. I have no other phone number I could use.

Is there a way to solve this issue so that I don't have to wait for 60 days before being able to access Microsoft 365 developer?

Thanks. Regards

Currently, if you delete your profile, you must wait 60 days to request another subscription. That is, you can't bypass the wait by rejoining because the system recognizes you. I'm sorry for the delay but it is a check to prevent abuse. We are aware that this particular wait is painful for scenarios like this.

We have a feature on our backlog that I am calling "start fresh" that would allow a program member to delete their current tenant and start again, probably a limited number of times over a given amount of elapsed time (such as, once per six months or something like that).

Watch our blog to get updates on this and other planned features.

    Thanks
