error while conducting system test for exam

hi,

i have scheduled a certification exam on 31august 2023 thru online mode (exam from home option).i have done system testing.i didnot open any applications but its showing (The issues below could prevent exam launch.

Please close the following applications and then select the Retest button.

i have attempted many times but unable to test the system .my exam date is approching .what should i do?

please help me.
