    Did you have Windows 11, and updated it to a newer version? Or did you upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10?

    In the latter case, you are most likely running into a known issue where Windows 11 for some disk drives reports a sector size, and SQL Sever cannot cope with. Microsoft has published an article with workarounds for the problem.
