    @勤峰 楼 Could you add more details about this message? If you are referring to fine-tuning from Azure AI studio, then fine tuning is currently disabled for new customers in all the regions due to capacity constraints. Thanks!!

    I have same problem with you . After add Cognitive Services OpenAI Contributor role to my admin user, it is solved.
