How do I prevent the standard user from installing browsers

I thought that the standard user could not install any program except with the permission of the administrator who owns the computer, but unfortunately it was otherwise. I tried to install browsers from the standard user. When I install it, a message appears for me to type the administrator password, but I click on No, and then a message appears saying to install the browser. Without administrator privileges, I press Yes and it installs the browser and I can open it

What is causing this and how do I fix this and prevent the standard user from installing any software
Although I tried that I go to Settings, then Applications, then Advanced Settings for Applications, and activate the option to install applications from Microsoft only (recommended)
