How to fix error system &H80004005(-2147467259)?

Al importar un archivo frm a excel me apaece la ventana de error " error system &H80004005(-2147467259)" para luego decir con otra ventana memoria insuficiente .Las soluciones que probé fue desactivando o eliminando el eurotool pero no funcionó
