I've been trying to implement Bitlocker on my computers and when I do a GPO I don't have all the options I see on other people's screenshots. As you can see, I'm very limited in what options my GPO gives me. I then considered doing Intune for Bitlocker, but don't know if that is a more complicated system than what I need. I am using a Hybrid AD setup, so if best to go Intune then please share the reason. Any help would be very appreciated.

Please try to download latest GPO templates then apply GPO settings for BitLocker.

Thank you Limitless Technology for the quick response. Should I install this on my DCs or on each PC individually? I am trying to do this for a lot of PCs so that is why I'm using GPO.
Thank you so much! I found this link (https://woshub.com/install-update-group-policy-administrative-templates-admx/) after downloading the file and asking and it appears I have all the Bitlocker features now!
