Im having trouble Re login in to my account (something went wrong 2002)

OK so I just formatted my pc and logged in to my edge account. Everything is working just fine, but all my collections lists are gone like they were never there. The thing is I still see them in my hone browser but the data in my phone although it says it is synced it is not because I changed my password a while ago and whenever I try to sign in again to sync with my pc it tells me something went wrong 2002. I tried everything I could well except login out and in again in my phone which could make lose my collections again. I know that the way Im explaining this is confusing but is there anyway to solve this?

Could you please share the screenshot about that error?
Based on your description, you can try resetting your Edge browser, making sure it's up to date. And then logging into your account and sync with data to check if you can login without error and your collections are here.
