I can't launch the PL-300 sandbox to practice for the exam

I can't get the PL-300 sandbox to launch on my computer so that I can use it to study. It seems to launch when I do it from my iPad which is not great and not where I want to work from. I have a Surface Pro so I would think it would work. The practice exam and everything else works. Please help

2023-08-27T06:05:56.93+00:00 I had a look truncated pl 300 sandbox exam on my iPad and I am wondering does the sandbox just gives you some examples of how the questions are constructed which is how MeasureUp works as far as the mechanics of the exam? Is this right? I don't have to worry as I am already using MeasureUp.
