Sql query run in one ssms 10 min, same query runs same ssms in other place take 1 houre , how can we slove this issues.

You should run the activity monitor in both locations and see what is going on behind the scenes in terms of resource allocation and management. To access Activity Monitor (CTRL+ALT+A).
