The secret retrieved from <My Keyvault> is not a properly encoded Base64 string.

After importing my certificate from godaddy, when I set it in configuration of my Cloud service (extended support), I get the error "The secret retrieved from <My Keyvault> is not a properly encoded Base64 string."
