Trying to update my microsoft certification profile

I am trying to update my address and country in my MS certification profile. But I am getting below error

"The profile changes were not able to be submitted. Please try again later, or if the issue continues, Contact support."

I tried to click on the link. When I click on the "Finish" button, it remains in the same page, not navigating to the next page. The case has been like this since yesterday.

@Rashad kasim What you can do is create a new Microsoft account, then use the link I posted above to create your profile in their system ask your question in the Certification forum. When the support moderator responds, you can give them the email address/MCID/etc. of the account that is connected to your certification profile.

I had one person that had an issue similar to yours and I had them do the above and it worked out fine.

Once you ask your question please make sure you check it for replies periodically because their email notification system doesn't always work.
