I am trying to Force synchronization on a user rather than whole tenant. so, I have gone to Synchronization Service Manager->Metaverse Search (searched the required user using Scope by Object)->double click the user (Metaverse Object Properties opens)->Select Connectors-> double click on-premises distinguished name (Connector space object properties displays)->Select Preview->In preview tab select Full synchronization->Select Commit Preview ->Status: Synchronization successful. The changes have been committed.

But the changes done for the user (employee id, name, given name) are not syncing (which has to be synced as per the process).

Hi, please help need your guidance and suggestions on this as the issue is critical and impacting.

    Hello there,

The first indication that something is wrong is when the DirSync Status tile in the Microsoft 365 admin center indicates there is a problem.

You will also receive a mail (to the alternate email and to your admin email) from Microsoft 365 that indicates your tenant has encountered directory synchronization errors

The below article might help you out in getting insights about this

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/enterprise/fix-problems-with-directory-synchronization?view=o365-worldwide

Hope this resolves your Query !!
