Error CAA20003, can't sign into office

Hello, my client's account can no longer connect to office, outlook, team on his pc, on browser or mobile, it works. I followed the tutorials found via the error code, such as checking the time, the email in the pc settings. I also uninstalled office reboot and reinstalled office but still the same error.
