I downloaded qdex Create for Visual Studio. I am doing this on a windows device. I am getting an error that says This extension is not installable on any currently installed products. I have just now installed Visual Studio and the installer so it isn't out of date. I am not sure how to fix this.

If you are trying to use this extension: qdex Create, please choose Visual Studio 2015, Visual Studio 2017 or Visual Studio 2019.
Don’t use Visual Studio 2022, as it only works with Visual Studio 2015, 2017, 2019, not VS 2022.
The error message you shared looks point the correct reason. Please kindly check following screenshot, and check Viorel's answer.
Probably the extension is not designed for the installed version of Visual Studio.
