How do you create a form that has blank fields every time for the batch specific information?

We have a packet of forms in Excel, which share static information about each product (1 packet per product). One of the forms within the packet needs batch specific information entered but not saved in the Excel, but instead the completed form should be saved as a PDF and no changes saved to the Excel.

Is there a way to force this saving? as our staff continues to save over the Excel version instead.

    Hi,

Based on your description, did you want to create an Excel Workbook with forms, after user enter data they should save the Workbook as .pdf file format. After saving the Workbook will generate a new and blank Excel Workbook with the same forms? Is my understanding correct?

If yes, in my opinion you can try to create a template in Excel:

Users should save the Workbook as .pdf file format manually, just checking in to see if the information was helpful. Please let us know if you would like further assistance.
