Different Outlook Calendar was linked in Graph API Oauth

I'm developing an app using Graph API.
This tool can integrate with Microsoft accounts and perform read/write operations on Outlook calendars using the Graph API.
It usually works well but there is a user who has a problem in this integration.
When this user tried to integrate with Kairos3 Timing, a different calendar than their usual one was linked.
The user seems to use Microsoft Exchange account and an on-premises Microsoft Exchange as their mail server.
Do you have any idea why a different Outlook calendar would be linked in this case and how to solve them?
