Hi!
I have an administrator role at exchange admin center, but when I can't see "Content search" at compliance. what could be a reason?

how can I become a member of eDiscovery Manager?

we don't use powershell. There is just Discovery admin and I have this kind of rights already

Have you checked your account permission belong to the eDiscovery Manager role group in compliance portal? Such as below shows:

By my test, regardless of whether your account belongs to the manager or administrator group, you can use the Content Search Tool normally.

Note: Before assign permission, you have to be a member of the Global administrators or Organization Management role group or be assigned the Role Management role to assign eDiscovery permissions in the compliance portal.
