Hi,

One of the users who has office 365 mailbox do not want quarantine notification email which was sent to individuals when device gets quarantined. Is there a way to block emails from individual user from Exchange active sync settings. This is for O365 and no On premise.

    Hi @GoodResource

You can create a mail flow rule to block the notification message.

For example (use message subject as condition):

    01

Thanks! We did not want to create a transport rule based on one user report as transport rules are mainly org specific. What we did was given two options,

    1. Create a local outlook rule with subject word string specific
    2. DIsable active sync protocol completely provided user doesn't need it.

Option#2 was selected and it fixed the problem.
