Could you let me know if accessing Azure Vision AI for photo retrieval is feasible and what the price would be? Would you like more details on this topic? In my opinion, it's always good to inquire about pricing and features beforehand.

Search photos with Image retrieval feature is available in preview. Please try out in the Azure Vision studio. https://portal.vision.cognitive.azure.com/

Coming to your question related to pricing, this feature is currently free during preview. Try to create a resource in the supported regions like East US, West Europe, and West US 2.
