Remote Desktop is laggy

Hi, my remote desktop session is very laggy, can take up to 15 secs to interact in some instances. I have checked speed, 51MBS download and 18MPS upload, and internet connection is good. Can any one help identify issue. cheers.

    Assuming your network speed is normal, your remote session is still very laggy, it may be due to one of the following reasons: 

    1. Remote server performance: If the performance of the remote server is insufficient, remote sessions may slow down. 
    2. Local computer performance: If your computer performance is insufficient, it may cause remote sessions to slow down. You can try to close other programs to free up computer resources. 
    3. Remote Session software Settings: If the remote session software Settings are incorrect, the connection may slow down. 
    4. Network latency: Even if your network is fast, high network latency may still cause remote sessions to slow down. You can try using a more stable network connection, such as a wired connection.
