I have an email account within the organization where there are about 30 office licenses,
during work we accidentally created duplicates for the same computer, (PC-025 lets say)
we want to deactivate one license in order to apply for more endpoints in the future.
I followed a guide for deleting a license from a computer in cmd, ospp.vbs... etc
I made sure that it was definitely deleted , and I reopened the office, and saw that the license disappeared.
so far so good.
The problem is listed below in small:
this belongs to: xxxx@x**** to activate it.
And when I want to activate another computer and login with the email with the accounts,
A list of computers in use will open for me, and I see that the eighth copy for the Office 2019 belonged to PC-025
It is still there, although in practice the office no longer has an active license for PC-025
As I scroll through the list, I see that the eighth copy still shows PC-025 .
I want the line to disappear from the list.
