Bluetooth user support service keeps stopping

Hello, I have Toshiba satellite l50-A280. It came blue tooth but it just never worked.

I clicked add a device - blue tooth devices but nothing ever shows up. All drivers were up to date. I tried various solutions but didn't work. But the one solution with great feedback was to try and change the blue tooth user support service to automatic. "Parameter is incorrect" this always showed up. However, I managed to solve it via regedit. But, now the blue tooth user support service is not starting. It says its started but when u close the services tab and open it again it stopes again. I tried restarting but NO. Also I tried starting from the properties but again "Parameter is incorrect" i can start it after selecting blue tooth user service and in the left side there is an option to start i press that and it is starting but then stopping after i close and open it. Microsoft please help
