No access to global Administrator, password reset not possible, Takeover not possible.

Our Admin account on the Company Tennant was removed(during some error with microsoft partner center) and we have no access to anything anymore. The only account listed as administrator its a "Administrator@compnay.onmicrosoft.com" and we have no access to it. I've tried to reset the password but its not possible because the self-service password reset ist not enabled.
I've tried to make a internal takeover but it requieres a "work account". When I try to log-in with the work accounts the error messages says that my company does not allows that I should contact the administrator(which is not possible as mentioned above).

What can I do? Have had many calls and tickets with the support from Partner center and read the Azure documentation but can't find a way to sort it out.

    If you are the only global admin on the account and are blocked entirely, you can reach out to the Azure / 365 Data Protection team to restore access. 866-807-5850

    Also, for the future, you can create an emergency access account (break glass) in Azure AD. This account will help prevent being accidentally locked out of your Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) organization because you can't sign in for any reason. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/roles/security-emergency-access
