I did not receive my certificates after completion of my challenges.

Question

I have completed my AI Builder Challenge and Machine Learning Challenge a week ago but I did not received my certificate of any challenge yet...Please issue it as early as possible as i have to submit it as soon as possible...Please look forward to this at the earliest.
