Hi,
We are deploying Windows Server 2022 Virtual Machines using Citrix Machine Creation Services. On the golden image, we Configure the Windows OS key, and it shows as activated.
When we deploy new virtual machines from that golden image, the OS of the new virtual machines shows up as "not activated", so we are trying to configure MAK activation those VMs, Virtual Machines has no Internet connection.
How can I configure MAK activation for machines that has no internet access? I found this article https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/previous-versions/windows/it-pro/windows-server-2012-r2-and-2012/dn502526(v=ws.11) but I am not sure if I need to set up VAMT option.
Hope you can help me.
Regards,
Abraham.

For a DataCenter host you can use AVMA product keys to active guests.

Ok, then that will not work, the host must be running DataCenter in order to use AVMA product keys. You'll need to use phone activation.
