[Azure] I can't access the Payment methods page on my subscription

Question

Hi,

I have to pay an invoice, but I can't access the Payment methods page on Azure Portal, and I can't just click to pay it. I'm the owner of my subscription so I should have all the permissions.

I tried InPrivate mode, same issue.

I can't open a support ticket in Azure Portal, because I need to pay for a support plan, just to pay the invoice.

Can you help fixing that please?
