odbcを利用してＶＢＡからOracle接続する際にエラーになる

Excel365（64ビット）Windows１０（64ビット）　OraClient12ｇ（64ビット）　VBAからTNSサービス名で接続する時にOraOLEDBpus12.dll：指定されたモジュールが見つかりませんとエラーになります。1台目のパソコンにではエラーでなかったのですが2台目はエラーになりOracle接続が出来ません。2台ともｏｄｂｃデータソースアドミニストレーター（64ビット）で接続は正常でした。解決方法をお教え下さい。
