Hello everyone.

Here is the scenario.

When a client uses the console manager from client machine and click on Monitoring>Reporting and generates reports, its request through port 80, probelm is palo alto security device consider it as brute force attack and block the request. As per brute force attack definition it generates 100 request per minutes.

We tried to make the request through https by configuring in report server configuring manager, but no luck. cause it only worked when we connect by web browser. But from sccm client console it always connects through port 80.

Is it possible to connect the reporting service from sccm console by https.

Dear all, any suggestions to solve the issue to mitigate the huge number of report service requests from sccm client console?

Thanks and Regards.

It sound like you setup SSRS to use HTTPS but Did you remove and add the Reporting point back while pointing to HTTPS?
