Monitor Azure VMs with external tool using SNMP

Question

Hello, we must use an external tool (centralized solution) to monitor our Azure Linux VMs. This external tool can use SNMP protocol.

The goal is to retrieve metrics like CPU, RAM, disk usage and resource health (availability) of our Azure Linux VMs.

Do we have MIBs in the Azure Linux VMs that could be used by an external monitoring tool using SNMP protocol?

I can see some txt files (like UCD-SNMP-MIB.txt) in /usr/share/snmp/mibs/ directory but not sure that it can help with our requirements.
