Exam certificate got connected with second Certification profile

Question

I completed a challenge in which I got free AZ400 exam on my personal account A. I did it and passed, but somehow got connected to personal account B. I connected the two personal accounts on Exam registration page. B to A account. But in my Microsoft Learn profile I don't see it. Also, I connected my work account to Microsoft Learn account A. My employer also doesn't see my certificate AZ400. Is there any way to merge or connect accounts and certificates. I am planning to take AZ204 to get DevOps Engineer Expert badge but I am not sure if I am going to get it because of different accounts. Thanks for any help or answer.
