Hi @Richa Kumari ,
Here is the up-to-date documentation that includes steps for how to implement a multi-tenant organization:
What is a multi-tenant organization in Azure Active Directory? (Preview)
Plan for multi-tenant organizations in Microsoft 365 (Preview)
When you create a new multi-tenant organization or join an existing one, the other organizations in the multi-tenant organization are added to the Azure AD cross-tenant access settings in your tenant. These settings determine both the level of inbound access users in external Azure AD organizations have to your resources, and the level of outbound access your users have to external organizations. You can also use these settings to set up trust so that users don't have to accept the consent prompt the first time they access the other tenants.
Users should also download the new Microsoft Teams desktop client that enables users to receive notifications and join chats/calls from multiple tenants within the multi-tenant organization.
The development blog also has some good resources and demos for setting up these organizations.
Let me know if this is what you are looking for! Happy to dig around for additional resources if there's anything more specific you are hoping to achieve.
