Is it possible to multi-home SCOM 2012 R2 agent with SCOM 2022 Management Group?

Hi All, We have SCOM 2012 R2 environment and we are planning to migrate this environment to SCOM 2022 by deploying SCOM 2022 in parallel to SCOM 2012 R2 infra, but we are not very sure that SCOM 2012 R2 agent will support multi-home with SCOM 2022 environment or not. Kindly guide me how I can approach it and what all things do I need to take care. Thanks.
