Delay to access gpt-4 on France Central

To have access to gpt-4 on France Central i understood that i have to use gpt-4 on other regions like UK South first. After using gpt-4 on UK South what is the delay to have gpt-4 access on France Central ?

That's because of the high demand and capacity constraints in France Central region.

Currently we do not have an exact ETA to share. The Models page will be updated with details as soon the restrictions ends.

As mentioned, We are rolling out availability of new regions to customers gradually to ensure a smooth experience. In East US and France Central, customers with existing deployments of GPT-4 can create additional deployments of GPT-4 version 0613. For customers new to GPT-4 on Azure OpenAI, please use one of the other available regions.
