Actually Windows 11 is a workstation operating system and there is no server flavor available for Windows 11. Windows Server 2022 is the latest server operating system available in Azure
Ok that's what I thought. Does Windows Server 2022 support the new Azure Cognitive Services? What I'm trying to figure out is if I can use the new Cloud speech recognition on a server
You may use the serverless built in services in azure to have a speech recognition system using a preferred language.
