Cant create VM on the US East region with my free subscription

I have a free Azure account that I use for lab in preparation of my AZ700. But I don't know why I can't create any VM on the East US region. Does someone know why?

    Hello Shb

    I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble creating a VM in the East US region. Some regions may, from time to time, enforce restrictions on the creation of Virtual Machines. This is a temporary restriction when there are lack of resources.
    However, it's possible that there may be some restrictions on your account.

    Also, can you try to deploy VM in another region by checking quota available on your subscription?
