Unnecessary Items shown in toolbox

Question

As shown in the image, After updating my Visual Studio 2022 to v 17.7.3. It shows all controls are which were not available before but now it is visible.

17.7.3 is mainly bug fixes if you read the release notes.

Options

• Send a bug report to Microsoft in Visual Studio using the feedback button, upper right hand corner of the IDE.
• Rollback to a prior version but be forewarned all settings in Visual Studio are reverted to the defaults and extensions are removed.

From Tools menu Get Tools and Features

Could you tell me your project type? I will check it on my side. 

You can create a new project and check if these controls are displaying in new project or not.   

Besides, you can try to repair your Visual Studio with Visual Studio Installer and re-launch the VS.
