Cannot convert a shared mailbox to regular (365)

Hello everyone,

I try to convert a shared mailbox to regular unsuccessfully.

I followed the steps:

  1. Login to Microsoft 365 admin center
  2. go to Exchange admin center
  3. Mailboxes -> check on preferred account (shared mailbox)
  4. Others -> convert to regular mailbox
  5. User's image
  6. There is no confirm button...

Any ideas?

    The steps seem to work fine here, try using a different browser or an Incognito session. If you are still having troubles, you can always use PowerShell to do the conversion:

    Set-Mailbox ******@domain.com -Type Regular

    Remember to assign a license after the conversion!
