Hi,
I can't sign up with my work domain e-mail. Even though my colleagues can. I receive the message that I can't sign up here with a work or school email address.

Can you check if you have previously used the same email ID for signup ever before? for checking you can try using a new email id to see if you receive the same error.

I suspect that you might be utilizing a live login platform, such as outlook.live.com.
Try logging in with https://portal.office.com to see if you can login with your work account (on the web).
