Issue logging in to Azure using Personal A/C

I am signed up to Azure with my personal gmail account. I have this issue whereby my a/c has been locked. I am the only administrator and there's no "support person" per se.
Your account has been locked. Contact your support person to unlock it, then try again.

It seems the issue with your MS personal account which is not supported on Q&A.
