No storage account found is coming while creating a linked service in ADF

Is a storage acct created in the azure portal? Are you able to connect to the storage account from portal?

I am able to create Storage account successfully from Azure portal . While connecting the linked service for storage account in Data Factory its showing like the attachment "NO ACCOUNTS FOUND" . Actually it must fetch all the available storage accounts rt?
Can you please confirm whether the storage account is in the same subscription as the drop down? And provide a screen shot of that?

Please make sure to create a storage account from Azure Portal in the same subscription as of Azure Data Factory and once it is deployed you will be able to load that storage account while creating linked service on ADF.
