Windows Update error in Azure virtual machine

Hi, I have an azure vm with Windows Server 2016 Datacenter and it is not managing to install a Windows Update. The error message is: 2023-08 Cumulative Update for Windows Server 2016 for x64-based Systems (KB5029242)

This is the first time something from Windows Update has failed to install.

Can you help me see what could be the problem?

    We didn't see the error message, it's just a title of update.

    By the way, have we tried to restart the machine and reinstall the update?
