PL 300 exam - problem with discount

I am trying to schedule an exam but cannot link my personal profile with a work account ( which I need to do to quality for a 50% discount. Please can you help? When I type in that email I get an error message telling me to contact support.

    thanks, but I can't ask for help because when I check the box to accept the code of conduct and click finish, I am not taken to the next page and, therefore, cannot ask a question.

    I can't close up the thread because the answer wasn't very helpful and when I try to do as suggested I get another error, so my issue remains unsolved
