Issue to send emails to one recipient

Hello,

I am trying to send emails to specific recipients but it does not work.

Sometimes, this error message is received:

550 5.4.1 Recipient address rejected: Access denied. AS(201806281)

Note:
I do not think it is only due to Outlook, since I tried with gmail, and other email address too, with different devices, on different networks (4G, house Wifi) and it does not work (with or without attached files).
On all the messages sent, only one or two have been received, so it looks like it is not blocked all the time.

Could you please share potential reasons for this issue, is it an email setting issue?

According to the error message, this error is usually caused by an email server or DNS misconfiguration.

There are several possible causes and solutions to this issue, depending on whether you are an email sender or an email administrator. This article provides what you can do if you see error code 5.4.1 in a non-delivery report (also known as NDR, bounce message, delivery status notification, or DSN), please refer to: Fix NDR error code 550 5.4.1 in Exchange Online - Exchange | Microsoft Learn.

Thank you very much for your help.

Indeed that was checked by my email provider service (Godaddy) one hour ago, we did test, they checked the traces etc. and it does not return any error or issues on their side, the email works well...

SO I think it would be an issue / restriction on the recipient side, the thing is that it happens for a few companies, not all of my contacts, and I did not touch the settings, never.

It is also happening for the same contacts with other emails like Gmail, even if I change the network, device, turn off anti virus etc.

So I am wondering if there is not a higher level issue linked to emails to prevent the reception?

Considering that you are using a GoDaddy account, and based on our research, the initial troubleshooting may be due to the recipient's settings. It is recommended that you contact the recipient by other means. For example, phone calls or text messages.

For the second part sorry I meant: So I am wondering if there is not a higher level issue linked to emails preventing the reception of those emails?
It is still pretty unclear, but lets wait and see
