Payment Declined... However No Microsoft Service Ever Supplied???
Good day Microsoft,
I am very confused and a little disgruntled to say the least. We had signed up and have been paying for Microsoft 360 without being given the platform. Multiple emails and calls and enquiries to find out why we have ZERO access to Microsoft office... speaking to head office overseas and locally and NO ONE could find our account.
So YES we cancelled the debit order. Surely this makes sense, as we have been robbed for lack of a better word. One of the biggest companies in the world could not assist us but kept taking our money with no help or assistance. How we get an email questioning the payment being declined but we sit here in the office with still no 360 account even after PAYING FOR IT!!! So yes the payment was rejected, rightfully so.
We sit with no communication, no answers and this is completely ridiculous.
Let me see if my question, complaint, reach-out... Even gets anywhere or at least a read. I shall be waiting for some resolution, refund and hopefully maybe Microsoft getting us the package we paid for, instead of happily taking our money without fulfilling your part of the deal.
Would that be okay?
