Unable to install any Outlook Add-ins. Also Task Pane add-in is not installing.

Hi Team,

I am a Developer and trying to build Outlook Add-in using Javascript API. Followed this guide to create Task-pane Add-in. Initially it worked and I was able to side load the Add-in.

After the recent update [version 2308, build 16731.20194 Click-to-Run], none of the Add-ins are getting installed and also not able to sideload Task pane add-in.

Is there any known issue in the recent version? Any assistance in fixing this will be appreciated.
