How can I bring the keyboard shortcut "verticle scrolling (alt+mouse scroll)" back?

Microsoft Edge has always been the first choice when I was trying to browse PDF on windows 11, I really appreciate the conciseness & easy-to-use of it.

When reading scientific papers that are always distributed in the format of PDF, I will set one of my mouse side buttom to "ctrl" while the other one to be "alt", then I can just lie on my chair with a cup of tea/coffee in my left hand, at the same time controlling the horizontal scrolling (alt+mouse scroll) & verticle scrolling (mouse scroll) & zoom in/out (ctrl+mouse scroll) without using keyboard, you can even put your mouse in your pants pocket and control the whole page as you wish.

When it comes to the newer version of Microsoft Edge and Edge Dev, however, the keyboard shortcut "alt+mouse scroll" is cancelled, instead "alt" itself activates the "..." buttom which is quite stupid for me to say. So if it is possible, I wonder if someone could kindly point me the way to bring the "horizontal scrolling" back, it's really helpful while reading PDFs

The other suggestion is to abolish the "Tab" shortcut or just develop a switch to temporarily cancel it.

"Alt+tab" shortcut is frequently used in my daily life. After switch back to Edge from the other app by "alt+tab", the Tab focus (dashed-lined rectangle thing, idk what it's called) will occasionally jump to the next one, then I have to scroll back to find the place I just read, it's really upsetting.

    Hi Boyang Lin,

Thanks for posting in our Q&A forum.

I tried to test in the latest version 116 and the horizontal scrolling (alt+ mouse scroll) is indeed not working.
Please try to use shift+ mouse scroll or left/right Arrow keys for horizontal scrolling in Edge 116 version.

For your requirement: bring back the (alt+ mouse scroll) feature and your suggestion: abolish the "Tab" shortcut or just develop a switch to temporarily cancel it, we would suggest you use Send feedback button (Alt+ Shift+ I) in Edge browser to provide feedback to Edge team.

    Thanks for your understanding.
