Hi Team,

I hope this email finds you well. I am currently experiencing an issue with Azure Data Factory Studio. Whenever I attempt to open a dataset or a linked service in the portal, both Edge and Chrome browsers keep crashing every 2 seconds. This issue is causing significant disruption while trying to build a pipeline.

I have attached a sample screenshot of the problem, which occurs every 5 to 7 seconds after waiting for the page to respond.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,

Yash M

Hi @Mutthuluru Yashwanth Sai , as per the below documentation by Microsoft Azure the likely root cause could be third-party cookies that are blocking.

Third-party cookies blocked Azure Data Factory Studio uses browser cookies to persist the user session state and enable interactive development and monitoring experiences. Your browser could block third-party cookies because you're using an incognito session or have an ad blocker enabled. Blocking third-party cookies can cause issues when loading the portal.

    Hi @Mutthuluru Yashwanth Sai ,

In addition to Samy's answer. If you are still seeing the issue, please try the below steps to resolve the issue.

    1. Try with a different browser
    2. Browse in-private session
    3. Try with a different user ID
    4. Try with different network connection

And I see you are using GIT. Can you disconnect Git and see the behavior in the live mode?
