Microsoft Graph API URL

Good day,

We are performing graph api requests, and we've recently moved the site page of sharepoint, so we need to update the URL.

https://graph.microsoft.com/v1.0/sites/mysite.sharepoint.com,xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxxx,yyyyyyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyy-yyyyyyyyyyyy/lists/zzzzzzzz-zzzz-zzzz-zzzz-zzzzzzzzzzzz/items/aaa?expand=fields

This is a question about the sharepoint interface. How do we find the "x" and the "y" parts for the site page guid? The "z" part is easy to find.
