How do i reinstall Microsoft Store? XBOX Installer Doesnt Install too, so i cant do anything

I uninstalled it because i cant install apps from there, and then XBOX INSTALLER DOESNT INSTALL!

IM SO LUCKY, so i need your help.

NO MATTER HOW MANY I WAIT, IT WILL ALWAAYS STAY STUCK.

Somebody please help me, help is appreciated.
